Only 20 such coins struck for the rarest of the 5 francs coins minted between 1795 and 1889 on the occasion of the "Exposition Universelle" in Paris, in proof with plain edge. In addition to its extreme rarity, this example is the nicest known and has been graded Proof 67 by PCGS, which logically features in the Ideal Collection by CGB.
